Slots maximize airflow; round and honeycomb patterns distribute smaller openings across the available area.

Fit & shell settings

PCB clearance leaves space around the board; shell clearance sets the gap between the base lip and lid socket. The defaults are 0.6 mm and 0.4 mm respectively.

Fit & assembly

A two-piece case sized to the board

Enter the board dimensions, the component clearance above and below it, and an optional edge-connector cutout. The top and bottom are vented independently, each with its own switch, style and opening count, so a board that needs airflow gets it where it matters.

The default board is 42.7 × 54.1 × 1.6 mm with 18 mm of space above and 10 mm below, 0.6 mm of side clearance, 2.4 mm walls and a 2 mm floor and top. The connector sits on the front long edge, 7.4 mm from the right at 8.6 mm wide and 2.75 mm above the board. The finished enclosure is 51 × 62.4 × 33.6 mm with the clips, and the outside corners default to a 2 mm radius.

No board mounting holes are needed: wall-backed ledges support and clamp a narrow strip at the board edges. The shell splits at the board's top surface, with a rounded lip locating the lid, and four flexible clips snap over raised sloped catches on the solid base walls. Release the clip tips outward one side at a time to lift the top; the shell clearance defaults to 0.4 mm.
