Lettering, arm and panel clamp
A modular hanging sign: a lettered plaque on an arm that clamps to a display panel or a wire grid. The set is four parts, so a long arm, a wide plaque and a different clamp can be exchanged without redoing the rest of the sign.
The plaque defaults to 170 × 95 mm and 3 mm thick, with the frame and lettering adding 0.8 mm. Lettering is requested at 24 mm and reduced automatically to fit the plaque. The arm reaches 220 mm — at least the sign width plus 35 mm — and is 8 mm thick, which also sets the clamp slot width; the slot clearance adds 0.4 mm of width around the arm.
Mounting bolts sit 50 mm apart and the panel thickness setting runs from 1 to 18 mm, which sets the bolt length and the spacing in the preview. Each part exports on a flat base at Z = 0: the arm rests on its broad face and the clamp's transverse holes carry 45° roofs. The cord, bolts and display panel in the preview are references only and are not part of any STL.
