Original and Vertuo lanes
The trays hold Nespresso Original and Vertuo capsules in whole lanes, split at the usable print width so each piece fits the bed. Enter the inside drawer dimensions and the usable build area, then move the mix slider: spare space widens the joining frames rather than scaling the capsule supports, and the outer edges stay free of connectors.
At the defaults — a 577 × 373 mm drawer, a 200 × 200 mm bed and a 60% Vertuo share — the layout comes to four Original and five Vertuo lanes, each split into two sections: eighteen pieces of 186.5 mm. Original pieces are 54 mm wide and Vertuo pieces 75 mm, which works out to an effective Vertuo share of 63.7%. The edge clearance stays at 1 mm and the ribs run 5 mm apart so they cross the end joins continuously.
Each socket lowers onto a matching dovetail, so the joins resist sideways separation while the sections still lift straight out for access. Check the capsule fit and the loaded drawer height against the capsules you actually use, and note that the rim support stands 6 mm clear so it passes the joining frames. The STL set names every lane section separately, and each piece is shown on its own bed in its exported orientation.
