A key and a fork for a small lens
Two flat tools work as a pair. The key slips over the lens barrel and turns it; the forked plate steadies the lens ring while it turns, so the barrel moves without the whole module twisting with it. Both default profiles are traced from the pair printed for the Seeed XIAO ESP32-S3 Sense OV3660 module, edge roundover included.
The key envelope is 60 × 12 × 2 mm with a 5.96 mm original four-flat socket and no added clearance. The fork is 16 × 52 × 2 mm with an 8.4 mm slot that opens through the bottom edge, and both faces carry the module's 0.6 mm roundover. The fork slot is left open rather than closed so the plate can be slipped sideways onto the ring.
A hex or octagon socket drives the barrel positively on its flats; a round socket grips by friction alone, which is why the default is a four-flat. Check the key's fit on the barrel before applying any force. Neither the fit nor the strength of either tool has been verified on a physical print.
